Hayward: New Target by Carrow's
After one last trip to Kaiser for blood work, we stopped at Carrow's for breakfast. Behind the restaurant a new Target and mall are just about complete. The Target will open October 8th.
The mall is right in front of the Hayward airport.

The new parking lot is a huge improvement over what used to be here. They've also made it wheelchair accessible.

Here is the new Target. The store has hired 300 new employees and transferred 100 from another smaller store that will be closing. Some of the employees are already working at this new store and they were at Carrow's getting lunch while we were there.
