A
Plate of Cookies
Besides cupcakes, Sean also likes to bake chocolate chip cookies. I created these chips in
Carrara's vertex editor and then added them to a terrain based cookie in Bryce.

Water's Edge
This dark picture is inspired by the recent rains we've had. I was trying to capture the
ripples in puddles but my image went on a bit of a tangent. I will have to do another image
to better explore the ripple aspect.

The
Great Opal Desert
I've finally upgraded to MojoWorld 3.1.1 and I've started rendering challenge planets again.
This is a view of Opal Outcrop, the 210 challenge planet.

Stone
Sheep
Here is a low resolution render from Planet Alice, the 211 challenge. Due to hardware problems,
I don't want to push my one working machine too hard until I know it can handle it.

Mars Rover Picture?
Here is another render from Planet Alice. Ian said it looked like a Mars Rover picture so I adjusted the color balance to make the landscape look a little more martian.

Early
Morning Moon
I saw the most beautiful full moon setting over the north west end of the San Francisco Bay
this morning as I crossed the San Mateo Bridge. It was pink against the slate gray sky. I
did this quick illustration in Photoshop to capture what I had seen.

Winter
Solstice
I drew this with Photoshop to capture my impressions of this morning's commute across the
bridge. Today is the winter solstice in the northern hemisphere.

Afternoon
Rain
I did this piece after watching the rain fall in the slough off the 92 on the Hayward side
of things. As it is winter, I should have used dead leaves for the textures in the trees
but I didn't have any handy. I should create some and then redo the piece!
